Qualified Personal Trainer in Albury-Wodonga. You are unique and what works for one person may not work for you. Therefore I will work closely with you to establish your goals and objectives to create a fitness programme that suits your lifestyle, needs, schedule and budget.
 

  • WHAT: Individual (1-2-1) or small group Personal Training
  • WHEN: Available Mon to Fri (and Sunday)
  • WHERE: Albury-Wodonga and surrounding areas at a location that suits you (comfort and privacy of your home, at the office, a local park etc)
  • HOW: The minimum recommended time is 1 session per week, however most effective results are achieved by having 2 to 3 sessions per week
    • Personal Training steps:-
       

      • FREE Initial consultation  – discuss your current fitness, lifestyle and individual requirements.
      • 1st Personal Training session – Health (Body Fat & BMI measurements) and Fitness tests (cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and posture). Your programme will be written based on the results.
      • Training & diet plan – your own exercise and diet plan to follow in the Personal Training sessions and to do in your own time.
      • Fitness & Training Plan review – every 4-6 weeks review your progress, update your training programme and set new goals to achieve.

Training for special population's (over 50's and those with medical conditions)
