Diet is a very important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping you looking your best. To enable you to stay motivated and make healthy eating a way of life it is important to eat in a way that balances your blood sugar levels, keeps you feeling satisfied between meals, discourages cravings and gives you the energy to go out and enjoy life.

Combing personal training sessions with a balanced nutritional diet will help the body work more efficiently, helping to burn fat and build and tone muscle. Sessions can incorporate nutritional advice to make sure you get the best results throughout your programme. You will be advised on the types of foods you should be eating, how you should structure your diet throughout the day, how many portions of the different food groups you should be aiming for depending on your goals as well as healthier alternatives to some of the foods you are eating at present.
