Circuit Training Classes

Circuit Training is an excellent form of exercise as it focuses on working on the upper body, lower body, torso and cardiovascular fitness. The classes are designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and vary from week to week to keep you motivated. People of all levels of fitness are welcome. With Circuit Training YOU decide how hard you want to work and any exercise can be adapted to suit your ability.

WHEN No current classes as I am doing Individual and small group Personal Training. If you would like to organise a group Fitness Class (Bootcamp, Circuit Class) please contact me to discuss options.
